Want to know where your JollyPaws order is? Here's how to track it.
1. Check your shipping email
As soon as your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Don't see it? Check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Look it up in your account
Sign in with the email you used at checkout to see your order status and tracking details anytime.
Good to know
Orders take 1–3 business days to process, then 7–15 business days to arrive. Tracking can take a few days to update after your order ships.
