1. About JollyPaws
   JollyPaws is an online store offering products for dogs and cats, including winter clothing, grooming essentials, and everyday accessories. Our products are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners.
2. Orders
   By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
3. Prices and Payment
   All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Promotions and bundle discounts apply only as described and may be limited to one use per order. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
4. Shipping
   We offer free tracked shipping to Canada and the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 7–12 business days in total. For Christmas delivery, please order by November 20. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carriers, customs, or peak seasons. 5. Returns and Refunds
   We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original condition. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will refund or replace it at no cost. Please contact us before sending anything back. See our Refund Policy for full details.

   We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and sizes may vary slightly between items. Please check the size guide where available before ordering. Our products are intended for pets under supervision; always monitor your pet when using a new product.

   All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to JollyPaws or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
   To the extent permitted by law, JollyPaws is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
