30-Day Happiness Guarantee
- ✨ Arrived damaged or defective? Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
- 🔄 Changed your mind or wrong size? Unused items with tags, in their original condition, can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- 📦 Package never arrived? If your tracking shows no delivery, reach out and we'll make it right.
How to make a claim
- Go to our Contact page before sending anything back.
- Include your order number and a short description (and a photo if the item is damaged).
- We'll reply with the next steps. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
